Cancellations and Refunds
We are happy to assist you with cancellations within the first 7 days of your policy start date. If you cancel within this period, the full amount will be refunded. However, if you have already made a claim, the cancellation request will be void.
If your cancellation request is approved, Waypoint Systems reserves the right to process the refund through one of the following methods:
- Bank Transfer
- Bank Cheque
- Return to the Original Payment Method
Waypoint Systems retains full discretion in deciding the refund method.
What if I cancel and then immediately require insurance due to an accident?
Once you submit a cancellation request, it is sent to our backend team for validation and approval. The time of submission is considered the effective cancellation period, and from that moment onward, Waypoint Systems will not entertain any claims. Upon approval, you will be notified of the cancellation completion.
