companies, Waypoint Systems identified an upcoming demand in the market, a
demand to automate the business operations of these companies. To achieve
this objective, Waypoint Systems developed an Android Application that
effectively tackles with the problems faced during distribution processes and
records the instances of operations in real time.
Our Drinking Water Sales & Distribution Management provides easy accessibility to sales records, stock information and Coupons/Leafs sold. The system has been constantly evolved from thorough evaluation of business process and currently provides the perfect solution to address every requirement of the water sales and distribution companies.
The Application software is built for Android versions 4.0 and above, it stores and writes data onto a central web database of the enterprise. This software is implemented through the use of Partner OT300 device which provides an exclusive ability to read barcodes. The system as a whole provides the ability to the salesman to enter any sales record automatically. This device along with the application is used by the salesman for the purpose of recording any sale, cash/cheque received, item returned, bottle return and payment via coupons.
The data regarding the user (salesman) along with the username and password are entered into the central web database in the back-end by the managers (also administrators). They also enter the information regarding the stock in possession of the salesman. This back-end service is also used to get a detailed report about the stock and sales of the company. Our System can also be easily adjoined with an ERP system through which an Enterprise can manage all its activities.
